Whisky of the month for December is the Clynelish 1974 23 y.o. from the Rare Malts series. Of course, this bottling is by now a rarity but I can also heartily recommend the two current official bottlings: The 14 y.o. and the 1991 "Distiller's Edition" (an oloroso finish). I have those two at a preliminary score of 86 points, but they may be worth more. Further research is needed to determine that...
