Switzerland:

  (The world's largest whisky bar! But it's quite small, heh)

  (A small, but very good selection)

Denmark:

• The airport tax-free shop, Copenhagen
  Due to my travels I shop there regularly. The prices are usually (but not always) fair

England:

• The Whisky Exchange, London
  Here you can find (and buy) quite rare whiskies

Finland:

• Alko, the state-operated liqour stores
  They're not allowed to publish prices on spirits, but they can be found here

France:

• La Maison du Whisky, 20 Rue d'Anjou, Paris
  Very nice shop with a good selection and fairly low prices

Germany:

• Spirituosen-Grosshandel Taiber, Pentling (near Regensburg)
  A large selection and mostly quite low prices (untried)
• Weinquelle, Lübecker Strasse 145, Hamburg
  A large selection of whisky and many other kinds of spirits; fair prices
• Wagner Whisky Collection, Hauptstrasse 38, Hohentengen a. H. (north of Zürich)
  This used to be my favourite store but I haven't been there after it changed hands
• The Whisky Store, Am Grundwassersee 4, Seeshaupt (southwest of Munich)
  A nice web shop, with a very large selection
• Whiskyworld.de, Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse 16, Dachau
  A large selection with some quite rare bottlings

Italy:

  A very nice selection at duty-free prices
• World of Whisky, Waldhaus am See, St. Moritz
• Acla da Fans, Samnaunerstrasse, Martina
  The shop lies just inside the duty-free zone so the whisky is quite cheap!
• Scot & Scotch, Wohllebgasse 7, Schipfe, Zürich
  A small, cosy shop with a good selection (although a bit pricey)
