The nose is fresh but a little quiet, with notes of fruits and oak. Very nice palate: light, fresh, fruity and minty with notes of oak, white pepper and citrus. Mostly oak on the finish but also notes of custard and citrus. All in all fresh, balanced and very drinkable. Needs no water.
