Fresh, fragrant, fruity nose with notes of eucalyptus, apples and pears. Unusual but wonderful! Light, clean, balanced palate with green fruits. Develops oak. Very nice finish: Oaky yet fresh, with notes of butter and sage. All in all light and fresh, balanced and more-ish. A wonderful apéritif (but ridiculously overpriced).
